SED-150LDJ-O is a fully automatic servo bag-arranging machine designed for use as part of a vision-based automated cartoning line. Bags are loaded into a hopper, conveyed to multi-stage rollers driven by 11 servo motors

Random-pile bags are loaded into the hopper; a belt conveys them onto a low-speed roller, then through mid- and high-speed rollers driven by 11 servo motors. Photoelectric sensors feed back to a motion controller for tight speed control. Bags exit one-by-one in sequence and are passed downstream through differential conveyors that reject double/connected bags, vision flip stations(face and head/tail), re-inspection vision, and a side-stand aligning unit before semi-automatic cartoning. Full line layout is approximately 11 m long.
