Product moves on the food-grade PU conveyor belt through a tunnel containing the detection coil. A balanced multi-coil RF field detects amplitude/phase disturbance from ferrous, non-ferrous, or stainless-steel particles passing through the aperture. The digital signal processing chip auto-learns the product's own electromagnetic signature(product effect compensation) to suppress false triggers from high-conductivity items(salt, sugar, meat). When metal is detected, the system raises an alarm and stops the belt(or optionally activates a rejecter).
