مبدأ العمل
Workers manually load semi-finished lighter casings from the storage table into the feeding device. The belt loading mechanism conveys casings to the feeding belt. The automatic pushing device advances casings into the film-coating(encapsulation) mechanism, which wraps the label film accurately around each casing. After film coating, casings travel through a conveyor channel that presses the label firmly to prevent misalignment. Finally, the insert-tray mechanism loads lighters row-by-row into trays for discharge.
