Bottles or cans are conveyed through a tunnel on a SUS304 mesh belt while pressurized water sprays sequentially apply hot pasteurization water(≤98 °C), warm pre-cool water, and cold cooling water. Forced spray drives uniform internal temperature, shortens pasteurization time, and ensures sterilization quality. Belt speed is VFD-controlled to match the dwell time required for each product. A spider-hand drying section removes surface moisture after cooling.
