Material is fed via the inlet port into a horizontal SUS304 drum with an internal SS316 contact surface and stirring blade. The motor + reducer rotates the blade(forward) at normal speed to mix the ingredients while a built-in heater(controlled to 0–150 °C) warms the contents. A blower circulates hot air around the drum jacket; a peristaltic pump doses additives or releases steam as needed. To discharge, the operator presses'reverse' to drive the blade in reverse and push material out the discharge port. Inching forward/reverse buttons allow precise positioning during cleaning/maintenance.

Polished SS316 interior simplifies wash-down. Periodic checks: bearing seal grease, sealing ring aging, lubrication oil change(annual / 3,000 h), bearing inspection(bi-annual / 6,000 h), motor insulation resistance(service if <10 MΩ).
