SED-1500CFS-H — Super Pulverizer / Ultra-fine Grinder

Material is metered into the mill chamber by a 1.5 kW screw feeder with stepless speed control. High-speed rotating blades(2,000 rpm, 90 kW main crusher motor) shear and impact-crush material; coarse + fine powder is carried through a guide ring into a vertical air-classifier chamber. The 18.5 kW classifier wheel(stepless speed) and rising air create centrifugal + drag forces — particles larger than the cut diameter are flung back to the mill chamber for re-grinding; particles below the cut size enter the cyclone separator. The cyclone settles powder into a 1.5 kW rotary airlock for continuous discharge; the airstream then passes through a pulse-jet bag-filter dust collector before a 55 kW induced-draft fan and silencer. Mill chamber and bearings are water-cooled.
