Raw peanuts are fed into the SED-300GTH-W roasting drum(3×1.1 kW drive + 72 kW heater) for tumble-heating. Roasted product travels via discharge belt to an 8 m cooling belt under 6×0.55 kW fans. Elevator #1 lifts product to the SED-1800ZXS-W vibrating screen, which removes excess coating fines. Elevator #2 transfers screened product into a 1.2×1.2×2.3 m all-stainless buffer hopper, which dispenses batches into the SED-1500BJB2-W polishing/coating mixer(φ1,500 × 2,000 mm, 1.5 kW) for surface polishing/glazing. Automatic pneumatic tilt discharge completes the cycle.
