SED-12ZX-C economy-grade pick-and-place case packer. Pick-head grabs bottles/boxes/cans/bags or other shaped products and places them into a carton. HMI operation, no-product protection prevents misfires, door-open stops
مبدأ العمل
Products are fed from upstream conveyor to the pick station; photoelectric sensor detects product presence, then servo-driven pick-head(different head types for different products) grabs products from the staging area and places them in a 1×1 to 6×10 matrix into the carton below. Optional auto-partition-placement mechanism. Finished cartons are conveyed out to flap-fold carton sealer. Omron PLC controls sequencing, Weinview HMI displays status, AirTAC(Taiwan) pneumatic components coordinate cylinder actions.
