The SED-12YTG2-O is a 12-head fully-automatic negative-pressure equal-level filling machine. A rotary mechanical filler that uses vacuum to draw liquid into bottles to a precise fill line, it suits non-carbonated liquids
مبدأ العمل
Empty bottles arrive via the conveyor and are indexed by a star-wheel onto the rotary turntable. Soft bottle holders lift each bottle so its mouth seals against the filling valve via a silicone gasket. The filling valve opens automatically; a vortex pump pulls vacuum on the storage tank while a vacuum tube inside the valve also pulls vacuum on the bottle, accelerating liquid flow into the bottle. When the liquid surface reaches the bottom of the vacuum tube, it seals the tube, ending the fill — the resulting liquid level matches the vacuum-tube position. Adjusting the silicone gasket up/down on the filling valve raises or lowers the fill level. After filling, bottle holders descend the bottle to conveyor height and a discharge star-wheel transfers it to the next station.
