Tablets/capsules cascade past linear-array CCD cameras under controlled lighting. Each of 12 channels presents~250 imaging points per scan, giving effective~0.12 mm resolution. The ARM processor runs counting algorithms in real time and triggers MAC 24 V solenoids that drive SMC CJ2KB16-40Z gate cylinders to release the preset count into a bottle. Dual discharge ports(12SJ-S) double effective throughput vs single-port variant. SDVC34-MR vibration controllers(CUH) drive the feed; SICK photoelectric(GTB6-N1212) detects bottle presence. Embedded configuration software offers a friendly HMI; the system mirrors the simpler PLC-based single-port variant(Schneider TM241CE40T) but uses a custom vision controller(KZ-XS-D8).
