Product is loaded onto the SUS304 stainless mesh belt at the inlet. Inside a 120 mm-thick polyurethane-insulated chamber held at -38±2°C, low-temperature R507 refrigerant from twin Bitzer piston compressors evaporates in aluminum-finned evaporators with large variable-pitch fins. Eight 5.5 kW centrifugal fans circulate cold air horizontally through the fluidized product bed in a symmetric annular airflow pattern; this fluidizes individual pieces for IQF freezing without clumping. The modular(non-welded) internal structure facilitates cleaning and maintenance. Defrost is by ambient water every 22 hours. A 6-line SS304 spray manifold with 72 quick-connect 360° heads(1.5 kW pump) provides wash-down cleaning.
