The cartoning machine operates via PLC-controlled intermittent motion. Products are fed by servo feeder, cartons are auto-opened and loaded, then sealed by a hot-melt glue system(Nordson). All stations use photoelectric and proximity sensors for fault detection and automatic waste rejection.
