Raw powder is pre-compacted and degassed by horizontal equidistant forced screw feeding; vertically-arranged rollers under adjustable hydraulic pressure compact the material into flakes; a crusher pre-breaks the flakes, followed by a blade-type granulator to produce finished granules. The entire process zone is enclosed with plexiglass for visual observation.
