مبدأ العمل
Combines fluid bed technology with spray technology to directly granulate powder materials into granules. Powder material is fluidized in a closed negative-pressure environment; binder solution is sprayed in, causing particles to agglomerate into granules while being simultaneously dried by heated air. The system supports mixing, drying, granulating, and coating in a single enclosed unit.

During cleaning, unscrew the material container and diffusion chamber, lower the filter bags, and close the air adjustment damper. Thoroughly wash with water and allow to dry. Use pressurized water to flush residual materials, or use a brush or cloth. After cleaning, open the drain plug.
