Twin vibration motors mounted at an adjustable angle generate a linear excitation; material on the deck is thrown into a low-trajectory throw and advances along the screen. Multi-layer woven meshes split the feed into multiple particle-size fractions, each discharged through its own port. Optional negative-pressure vacuum extraction available.
