Two cup lanes share one synchronous indexer(Shandong Youde divider). Cycle per index: stack-fed cups drop into the carriers, empty-cup photoelectric sensor(Panasonic) confirms presence, piston/peristaltic-style dosing fills both cups precisely, vacuum-pickup heat-press station picks pre-cut lid stickers and bonds them via hot press, then finished cups are discharged. Yadeke pneumatic cylinders move stations; Jemikang motor drives the indexer; Xinje PLC + Xinje HMI manage sequence and parameters.
