The machine uses a touchscreen full Chinese-menu dynamic display, PLC control, HMI operation, and variable-frequency stepless speed regulation. Filling uses twelve-head stainless steel metering pumps(high-liquid-level filling style); the filling pipeline system has no leaks, no dead angles or blind pipes, and uses quick-disconnect connections at joints. Magnetic tracking capping: adjustable magnetic force, does not damage cap surfaces. Flexible crimping: control springs on the knife arm with locking buffer device; crimping force adjustable; correct centering. Has no-bottle/no-cap and no-bottle/no-rotation(no-crimping) function.
