Vertical conveyor presents the bag mouth between two heated PTFE-belted bars(electronic constant-temperature, 0–300 °C settable) at conveyor speed(0–12 m/min, stepless). Heated bars seal the bag; concurrently a steel printing wheel imprints date/batch code on the sealed strip. The vertical layout keeps liquid, granular, or heavy product settled at the bag bottom during sealing.
