Compressed air from the 15 kW PM-VFD screw compressor passes through a 0.6 m³ buffer tank, refrigerated dryer(dewpoint 0–10 °C), three precision filters(1μm + 0.01μm + sub-micron oil-mist), and QB-10 activated-carbon oil filter. The purified air enters twin PSA adsorption towers(Tower A and B) packed with UOP carbon molecular sieve. When air enters Tower A, O2 is adsorbed by the molecular sieve producing N2 product; simultaneously Tower B is regenerated by rapid depressurization to atmospheric. Towers alternate every cycle under PLC control, continuously outputting oxygen at ≥93% purity. O2 passes through FS-10C dust filter and is stored in the 0.6 m³ oxygen buffer tank before supply to end-use.
