SED-10YDK6-C intelligent integrated cold-room quotation covering two configurations:(1) Cold-storage freezer: 4.8 m × 2.66 m × 4 m(51 m³), temperature -18 °C to 0 °C, 100 mm Wanhua-grade PU sandwich panels(83 m², 0.326 mm color-steel), semi-recessed door 1.2 × 2.4 m(100 mm panel, 100 mm threshold). Refrigeration: SED smart-integrated condensing unit with Emerson compressor, smart main board, 100-step variable-speed air-cooled condenser(pressure ±0.5 bar), dual digital high/low pressure sensors(50% faster than mechanical gauges), secondary sub-cooling condenser, 500-step electronic expansion valve(10-s response, 10–15% energy saving). Mg-Al alloy evaporator fan with smart defrost monitor. Smart display panel with DTU 4G cloud module(5-year cellular plan included). Cloud platform: AI health diagnostics, ECO energy control, remote monitoring/control, energy-consumption analytics. Lighting: IP67 LED lamps.(2) Flash-freezer(companion, in same quotation): 4.8 m × 2.3 m × 4 m(44 m³), -30 °C to 0 °C, Emerson hot-gas-defrost compressor, 150 mm panels.
