مبدأ العمل

Material enters the conical vessel from an elevated hopper or manually. The modified Z-type impeller drives circumferential, radial, and axial flow for full mixing. After binder addition, the multi-blade U chopper(side-mounted, VFD 300-3000 rpm) cuts the soft mass into dense spherical granules. A gas-seal protects shaft bearings during operation; after production, switching to water flow cleans the seals. Pneumatic quick-open lid and pneumatic discharge with interlocks ensure safety.
