مبدأ العمل
The equipment uses radiant heat exchange between shelves and product trays for uniform temperature distribution and high heat transfer efficiency. Products are pre-frozen in the pre-freezing system, then transferred to the drying chamber where the vacuum system(Leybold pump) reduces pressure to below the triple point of water. Sublimation is driven by radiant heating from shelf elements; sublimated vapour is captured by the condenser cooled by the Bitzer compressor. PLC+PC control enables precise multi-step freeze-drying cycle programming with remote monitoring.
