SED-10SD — SED-10SD Ten-Channel PLC Electronic Counting Machine

Products are poured into the elevator hopper. Multi-stage vibration feeders are adjusted to convert the bulk product into a continuous single-file stream along vibration channel plates, falling one-by-one into the counting zone. The counting zone uses the photoelectric effect: infrared dynamic scanning sensors detect each falling item and relay signals to a high-speed microprocessor(MCU). Electronic and mechanical coordination achieves precise counting and dispensing.
