مبدأ العمل
Products are conveyed onto the sealing station where sleeve film is wrapped from a feed roll and double broadside seals are formed. The wrapped product travels via Japanese Teflon mesh belt(or silicone-tubed roller conveyor) through a shrink tunnel containing quartz and stainless-steel heating tubes; axial fans circulate hot air to shrink the film. Conveyor speed and temperature are regulated by Siemens PLC and an AL-104-FKA4-MNAN-B temperature controller(Taisong brand).
