A Ø10 mm cylindrical probe(or 10 mm² flat probe) performs penetration or compression tests on soft capsules to measure:(a) puncture force and deformation at burst — capsule wall strength/brittleness;(b) deformation under fixed load or force at fixed deformation — capsule elasticity. High-precision sensor + servo-driven precision lead screw drives the probe. A 10-station auto-rotary fixture positions each capsule in turn. Results displayed on touchscreen in real time.
