مبدأ العمل
Air is filtered and heated, enters the air distributor at the dryer top and spirals uniformly into the chamber. Liquid feed is rotary-atomized by a high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the tower top into very fine droplets, contacts hot air co-currently and dries to finished product within seconds. Product is discharged continuously from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator; exhaust is discharged via blower.
