Vacuum-cup pickup pulls a flat carton from the magazine, opens it via mechanical guides, four bottom flaps are folded in sequence, and the bottom seam is sealed with adhesive tape on a moving conveyor. PLC sequences the cycle while photoelectric/proximity sensors confirm carton position.
