SED-10DLZ-G — Drop Case Packer

PET bottles are sorted into lanes and aligned vertically; servo motor + HMI control moves bottles from the drop station to the drop point. A case(with sealed bottom) arrives at the packing position via automatic conveyor to the lift table; the lift table raises the case to receive product. When bottles fill the grid(one case volume), the sliding bar retracts and bottles drop into the case; the lift table lowers and conveys the filled case away. All movements are coordinated by a pneumatic cylinder-linkage mechanism combined with electropneumatic control. Empty-stroke return is fast to maximize throughput. Drop-packing ensures no oil or contamination contact with pharmaceutical packaging(GMP-compliant).
