Powder mixer uniformly blends raw material in 50–80 kg batches(3–5 min per batch); bucket elevator feeds mixed material to main extruder; multi-zone temperature-controlled, variable-frequency-driven screws advance, compress, shear, and melt material, extruding it through the die into the target shape; cooling tower cools the extrudate; pull-cut machine cuts to set length; elevator feeds into 5-tier electric continuous oven(120 kW) for baking to final moisture content; cooling conveyor(5 cooling fans) cools product for packing.
