Roll film drawn from film carriage(film-unwind motor) and tracked by photoelectric eye-mark sensor; forming collar shapes film into tube. Heated longitudinal and transverse jaws make 3- or 4-side seals while metering pump(1-50 ml; change pump for different ranges) doses liquid into each bag. Stepping motor advances film by operator-set bag length; cutter(toothed or straight) separates bag; date-code printer marks 1-3 lines on seal area. PLC controls bag length, speed, quantity, alarms and out-of-film auto-stop.
