Horizontal continuous-motion cartoner with rotating vacuum heads to extract cartons(one head opposing another for opening assist) and place on chain conveyor; product pushed in by reciprocating push-rod(with overload-stop linkage), leaflet inserted from in-line folder, carton sealed by tongue-tuck(or hot-melt option), batch number printed by steel-letter wheel(3-4 rows). Photo-eye senses missing product→ no leaflet& no carton released; missing carton→ alarm + stop.
