Intermittent PLC-controlled cartoner. SMC vacuum generator picks cartons from magazine, opens at large angle, transfers; product fed into carton; both ends sealed; batch number printed; product rejected if out of spec. Photo-eye tracks product/carton — no product→ no carton; no carton→ auto-stop with audible alarm. Torque overload protector disconnects main motor from drive on overload.
