1) Lock cone hopper to material bin; 2) Press lift button — hydraulic cylinder drives the bin up along the 18# channel-steel column guide; 3) Press flip button — flip motor(Jiangsu cycloidal reducer XLED-0.55-53-1505) rotates the bin 180°; 4) Rotating column makes a sealed connection with downstream equipment(mixer / tablet press / capsule filler); 5) Open discharge butterfly valve(Φ150 SUS304) for sealed material transfer.
