An automatic feeder or operator drops product into a multi-row hopper, which is conveyed onto two parallel film tracks. Two roll films(Φ ≤ 320 mm, web ≤ 640 mm) of heat-sealable composite are pulled by a servo-driven film-pull axis past the combination heat-seal die. The die forms four-sided seals simultaneously(2 sachets per cycle) with continuous flat-press reciprocating motion; seal time is adjustable. A servo-driven cutter separates the sachets. Colour-mark sensor provides film registration. The outfeed conveyor delivers finished sachets with automatic counting. Xinje PLC and motion controller coordinate all axes.
