Dual-piston reciprocating parallel pump infuses mobile phase at controlled flow(0.001–10 mL/min analytical, up to 120 mL/min preparative) and high pressure(up to 42 MPa). Binary high-pressure mixer combines mobile phases for gradient analysis. Sample injected via Rheodyne 7725i 20µL loop. Sample passes through the column for separation; detector(UV, FLD, DAD, RID, or ELSD) measures separated components. Data collected by EX-Clarity workstation.
