SED-100GZZ1-X — Cylindrical Desiccant Filling Machine

Operator pours desiccant pellets into the vibratory hopper. Bottle-orientation vibratory disk arranges desiccant cylinder bodies onto the bottle-feeding rotary table. Desiccant pellets fall into measuring cups on the disk; cups rotate synchronously with the bottle-feeding turntable, then dump into the bottles below at the filling station. Filled bottles transfer to the capping rotary table. Cap-orientation vibratory disk feeds caps into a slide; as bottles pass, caps drop onto the bottle mouths and are pressed at the capping station. Detection station rejects missing-cap or crooked-cap units. Stations are interlocked: no bottle or no cap stops the machine until restored.
