مبدأ العمل
Powder for granulation or particles for coating are loaded into the fluid bed. Cold air enters from the rear heating chamber, passes through pre-filter, middle filter, and heater to reach inlet temperature, then flows into the fluid bed. Powder/particles fluidize; binder is pumped into a two-fluid atomizer and sprayed onto the fluidized material. Particles bridge to form granules and grow, or form a film on coating substrate. Moisture evaporates and is carried out via exhaust air.
