Roll-fed laminate film unwinds, is back-formed over a tubular bag former, and steppers control bag length. Auger/screw doses powder; sealing jaws form the cross-seal with intelligent PID temperature. Optional rounded-corner cutter trims bag corners; ribbon coder imprints batch/date; cutter separates sachets.
