An S-shaped single paddle is driven mechanically and rotates inside the trough at 24 rpm, repeatedly flipping and folding the material to achieve uniform mixing. Mixing time is set on the electric controller and the motor stops automatically at the end of the cycle. A second motor tilts the trough up to 105 degrees to discharge.

Open cover after batch; tilt trough via discharge motor to empty; SUS304 surfaces wipe down with appropriate cleaning agent. Lubricate end-gear reducer with #20 oil every 3 months; pack rolling bearings 1/3 full with high-temp grease.
