مبدأ العمل
Twin vibration motors throw wet feed material forward across a 304 stamped-plate fluidised bed(0.75 m × 9 m). Hot air(150–250 °C) generated by a steam heat exchanger(300 m² surface) flows upward through the bed, fluidising and drying the granules. Humid exhaust air exits via the exhaust fan and ducting. Dried product discharges at the outlet.
