Driven rotor at infinitely-variable speed(set by manual potentiometer) forces product through the chosen screen: round-wire weave for wet materials, square-wire weave(15% higher throughput via slicing-edge effect) or perforated/rasp screens for dry materials. Rotor-to-screen gap set centrally up to 1 mm. Process records(gap, material temperature, rotor speed) easily logged.
