Two stainless-steel cones joined at their bases form the mixing tube. The tube rotates on a horizontal axis at 12 rpm, driven by a 4 kW motor through a WPA-155 worm reducer and B-type V-belt. As the tube turns, material is lifted, falls, and continuously redistributes — gravity-driven 3D mixing. After 6-10 min, the operator stops and jogs the discharge cone vertical, then opens the SUS304 butterfly valve to drop the blend out. Optional forced-mixing impeller inside the tube breaks agglomerates and improves trace-additive distribution.

GMP-aligned construction

التنظيف والصيانة

Open SUS304 butterfly valve and inspection cover; wash smooth interior(no dead corners). Check material barrel and drive wheel before each run. Fill worm-reducer with #20 oil; change every 3 months. Pack rolling bearings with high-temperature grease(≈1/3 of bearing cavity). Adjust V-belt tension — not too loose(slip) nor too tight(overheating). Keep electrical wiring away from moisture.
