مبدأ العمل
Air circulated by 10 axial fans(0.75 kW each, Wujin) passes through the 160 m² SUS304 steam radiator(3-segment, segmented temperature control) and is directed through adjustable louvred air dampers(1 mm SUS304) into the drying chamber. Hot air at 50-160°C circulates uniformly(±5°C deviation) around drying trays on trolleys. Exhausted humid air exits via 2 dehumidification fans(0.75 kW each). The system is controlled by a Yuyao Wenkong touch-integrated controller with XMT-series temperature controllers and PT100 sensors. PID regulation maintains precise temperature; optional PLC+HMI controls interlocks and programme sequencing.
