مبدأ العمل
A 400,000 kcal wood-burning furnace heats incoming air. The 7.5 kW centrifugal supply fan(4-72-6C, VFD-controlled) circulates hot air at 70-80°C through 4 drying units across the 10 m drying section. Adjustable inlet air dampers(DN300) distribute airflow; 620 louvered diffusers inside each unit ensure even distribution. A separate 3 kW dehumidification fan(4-72-4A) exhausts humid air through DN250 exhaust dampers. Temperature is controlled by an LG(Korea) PLC with a Kinco(Taiwan) touch screen, which plots and records temperature curves and modulates fan speed via a vollo(Shanghai) VFD for energy savings.
