Internal recirculating air system: a high-speed fan draws chamber air downward into a duct cavity housing the heater(Feiyang stainless finned heating tube), refrigerant evaporator(Zhongli, Taiwan), and humidifier; conditioned air is blown back into the chamber from the upper duct. Pt100 RTD measures temperature; Pt100 wet-/dry-bulb method measures humidity. TEMI880 PID controller(Korea SAMWONTECH) with auto-tune drives AC contactor heating actuator and servo refrigerant flow control(30%+ energy savings). Safety: independent over-temperature protection system; automatic fault display and alarm.
