SED-1000CSF1-K — Ø1000 mm

Vertical eccentric-weight vibration motor(1.1 kW, 380 V) generates 1480 cpm three-dimensional vibration on the screen deck. Material on the SS304 100-mesh deck moves up/down, left/right and inclined to be classified through the mesh. A magneto-rotary ultrasonic system simultaneously injects 33-39 kHz ultrasound(≤200 W) into the screen frame via a glued resonator network: combining ultrasonic direct waves and rotary waves, this prevents mesh blinding and continuously self-cleans the deck. The IP55 sealed aluminium ultrasonic supply converts AC to DC for safe operation.
