مبدأ العمل
A 27.12 MHz high-frequency oscillation circuit(E3069 vacuum tube, silicon-diode rectifier) generates high-frequency current. The auto turntable(driven by a divider for stable, precise rotation) indexes stations with blister/paper-card materials under the upper electrode plate(300×500 mm). The electrode applies RF energy to weld the plastic layers together. A robotic arm automatically removes finished product. A sensitive spark/over-current protection circuit cuts large-current output to prevent host damage and suppress sparks.
