The operator manually feeds bottles onto the conveyor. A single-head servo-driven stainless-steel metering pump(KZ15, Baoding) dispenses the HMI-set volume into each bottle. An electromagnetic vibratory cap feeder delivers inner stoppers and outer caps in sequence. A magnetic capping head with adjustable torque seals the bottles. The machine is controlled by Siemens PLC + touchscreen and Schneider main control system.
