Operator manually loads bottles. The servo-motor-driven single filling nozzle dispenses a preset volume(2–10 g) into each bottle. Caps are automatically fed to the single capping head for capping. Finished bottles are manually unloaded. The heated mixing tank with level control maintains material homogeneity and continuous supply. Key electrical components: Fatek PLC and touchscreen; Schneider electrical switches; Panasonic photoelectric sensors; GPG correction motor.
