Pulsating-vacuum saturated-steam sterilization. Cycle:(1) Preheat — steam to jacket warms chamber and load;(2) Pulsating vacuum — vacuum and steam injection alternate to expel cold air rapidly;(3) Heat-up — chamber temperature rises to setpoint;(4) Sterilization — timer counts at set temperature/time;(5) Drying — jacket holds pressure, internal heating coil + vacuum extraction with controlled drying time; in-jacket make-up air pipe shortens drying;(6) End — open door. Front/rear door auto-lock during cycle; safety interlock prevents steam admission until both doors are closed.
